About

Biography

As a pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist, I specialize in providing care for patients who need cardiac surgery or other heart-related procedures, as well as patients with congenital heart disease who require anesthesia care.

I want my patients and their families to know that safety and comfort are my highest priorities when providing patient care.

I believe innovation and technology can improve the patient and family experience. I’m honored that an interdisciplinary team that I organized and led won a “Hackathon” competition. We created an app for pediatric patients and their families that guides them through the perioperative care experience. Our creation won first-prize — beating out more than 85 participants from across the United States.

A fun fact about me is that I am a private pilot.
