About Me

Biography

Mary (Mimi) Miller is a pediatric nurse practitioner in the Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. After a 12 year career as a staff nurse in neurosurgery at Good Samaritan Hospital, she accepted a position as director of nursing at the CommuniCare Head Injury Rehabilitation Center. She moved to Cincinnati Children’s 25 years ago to pursue a career specializing in care management in pediatric neurosurgery. She received her MSN degree from Northern Kentucky University and eventually earned a position as a nurse practitioner in neurosurgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Ms. Miller has presented at national AANN, AORN and AANS meetings and international AANN meetings on subjects of minimally invasive neurosurgery. She has collaborated on published manuscripts on a range of subjects including trigeminal neuralgia and neuroendoscopy. She currently participates in inpatient and out-patient care management and is a member of the multidisciplinary Epilepsy Surgery team.
