I’m a nurse practitioner specializing in colorectal and pediatric surgery.
Working as a summer volunteer at Cincinnati Children's in high school, I immediately knew I wanted to be a pediatric nurse. After graduating from nursing school, I worked on an inpatient hospital medicine floor for about six years before deciding to further my education and advance my scope of practice as a nurse practitioner.
Caring for children brings me so much joy. Each child has their own resilient spirit and a unique personality that challenges me to be both a creative and critical thinker - that's what I love so much about pediatrics!
When not working, I’m an avid runner and hiker. I’ve visited more than 30 national parks and have completed more than 10 half marathons. I also enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my dog, Olive!
