I'm a registered nurse and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). My approach to care is patient- and family-centered, establishing an excellent patient-caregiver relationship and living by example for much of the education I provide.

During my ten years of nursing, I've recognized the need for and importance of education for patients and their families. Good education helps ensure that kids with chronic diseases are set up for life-long success.
