Please note:
Online scheduling for Audiology is available to patients 0–21 years old.
This tool can schedule Audiology Evaluations (Hearing Tests) for patients who live in Ohio.
Call the Scheduling Center at
513-636-4236 to schedule an appointment if:
- You and your child live outside of Ohio or
- Your child has already been diagnosed with hearing loss and needs an appointment for hearing loss treatment or management.
- Your child needs a Central Auditory Processing Evaluation (a specialized test to see how the brain processes sounds and speech — usually after a hearing test shows normal hearing).
- Your child needs an evaluation for Tinnitus or Misophonia. (Tinnitus is ringing or buzzing in the ears; Misophonia is strong reactions to certain sounds — typically after a hearing test shows normal hearing.)

All patient satisfaction ratings and comments are submitted by actual patients and verified by a leading independent experience management company, Qualtrics. Patient identities are withheld to ensure confidentiality and privacy.
