Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information for Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology Patients

Scheduling Appointments – Now Offering Video-based Visits (Telemedicine)

We remain committed to providing excellent patient care during the national health emergency.

Due to expert guidance regarding the need to stay at home in order to minimize exposure to and spread of the virus, we have transitioned to a telemedicine model of care for the duration of this crisis.

This model uses technology to deliver care to patients in their home using both video and audio contact with the families we serve. With the exception of psychological testing, our psychologists can deliver all of our clinical services directly to families in their homes through telemedicine.

How You Can Address COVID-19-Related Concerns at Home

During these unprecedented times, we understand that families are having to manage multiple stressors, including balancing work, teaching their children, and not having the ability to use typical support services. We recognize that difficulties related to increased anxiety, mood changes, and challenging behaviors may also occur given everyone’s significant disruption to their daily lives.

If you are experiencing such challenges and would like to seek psychological services for your family, contact our intake office at 513-636-8107.

Clinical Research

We are grateful for those of you who are still participating in our research studies. We are asking that participants adhere to local and national health department guidelines regarding travel and safe physical distancing in relation to their research participation. Some studies have been temporarily halted during the COVID-19 pandemic. Other studies are continuing under modified protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our research participants. These may involve remote study visits, online participation, or collection of surveys. Some studies already involved remote participation, so no major changes have occurred.

Your research coordinator will be in touch with instructions about continued participation in studies.
