Enhanced Security Coming to MyChart in May 2025
Two-factor authentication—also known as multi-factor authentication—will be automatically enabled for all MyChart users on May 10, 2025. Two-factor authentication is a process that asks for multiple types of information to confirm your identity. The first type is your unique MyChart user ID and password. The second type is a unique code that can be sent to you via text or email. To prepare for this change, log into your Cincinnati Children’s MyChart account and verify your contact information.
