Welcome to Wilmington Primary Care, part of Cincinnati Children’s. In January 2025, we opened our doors to families in and near Clinton County. Our founding pediatricians, Jeffrey Manser, MD, and Tina Gabbard, MD, have cared for generations of families right here in the community. We set up this office so all children in the area have access to the healthcare services they need.
