I am an attending pediatrician from Turkey. My goal is to pursue a career in neonatology as a physician-scientist. During my residency, I loved witnessing the power a mother can have on her child’s disease course and outcome. It got me thinking how much power pregnancy itself could potentially have on a baby’s first days of life and how further this power can last. In my free time, I love to enjoy the green and peaceful sides of Cincinnati with my husband and two lovely cats! Besides being affordable, we love how easy and relaxing it is to live in Cincinnati!
