I am a physician-scientist who transitioned from clinical and outcomes research to more translational research upon joining Cincinnati Children’s. I have a passion for team science and focus on exploration of the use of single cell technology to positively impact the lives of children with CF and for those who have undergone lung transplant.

I am a research assistant with special expertise in single cell sequencing and bioinformatics who performs single cell experiments and data analysis. I have developed a cold-active protease methodology to reduce artifact gene expression changes during cell isolation. I am interested in helping to define how immune cells interact with lung allograft during acute cellular rejection.
