Online scheduling for Adolescent Medicine is available to patients 12–24 years old.
If your child needs to schedule an appointment for any of the following reasons, call the Scheduling Center at
513-636-4681. The scheduling tool may not be used for these appointments.
- Eating disorders
- HIV diagnosis or treatment
- Opioid use
- Transgender care
Please bring any medical records, including immunization (shot) records, to your child’s appointment.
