Biography
As a nurse practitioner in the Division of Oncology, I’m inspired by my patients every day. They are why I chose this specialty.
I presented a research poster in 2014 at the Society of Pediatric Nurses conference on the use of oral cryotherapy to prevent chemotherapy-induced mucositis, titled "Can Popsicles Prevent Mouth Sores.”
Nursing is a second career for me. I was a zookeeper at The Cincinnati Zoo before I became a nurse practitioner.
