Save the date: Cardiology conference set for September 15

Make plans to attend “Contemporary Questions in Pediatric Cardiology: A Primary Care Guide” on Saturday, September 15, presented by Cincinnati Children’s Heart Institute. It will take place in the Heart Institute conference room on the fourth floor of Location D (D4.65). Complimentary parking is available in the Visitor Garage.

The conference is designed for pediatric primary care providers, including pediatricians, family practice physicians, advanced practice providers, residents and nurses. It will provide attendees with opportunities for one-on-one interactive education with leading experts in pediatric cardiology. Featured topics will focus on cardiology issues that the primary care provider must deal with every day.

Meeting co-chairs Tom Kimball, MD, medical director, and Camille Graham, MD, executive community physician leader, along with conference faculty, will host a Q&A session fielding questions submitted by meeting participants.

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM.

American Board of Pediatrics’ Maintenance of Certification Part 2

Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting AABP MOC credit.
