Striving for the Best Health Outcomes for Every Child
The Office of Population Health focuses on all children who live throughout our primary care service area, regardless of whether or not they receive care at Cincinnati Children’s.
We measure health outcomes throughout our entire population, we work to redesign the health delivery system to best support patients, families and communities and to do so at a lower cost, and we strive to achieve the best health outcomes for every patient in our population.
Our Five Population Health Principles
- Excellent primary care, close to home
- All children live healthier, with more effective and affordable healthcare
- Improved health and outcomes for children with physical and behavioral health needs
- Close equity caps in care
- Be the leader in pediatric population health research and innovation
