A key objective of the PSCF to assist in both the implementation of existing protocols and the development of new protocols for the effective differentiation of hPSCs to cell types useful for basic and translational research studies.
The PSCF now offers directed differentiation of pluripotent stem cells to human intestinal organoids (HIOs) as a service. Training in HIO generation is also available.
Directed hPSC Differentiation in the PSCF
- The PSCF has performed successful directed differentiation of both hESCs and iPSCs into specific endoderm, ectoderm and mesoderm-derived cell types (see below). In each case, the data were generated by us/our collaborators and the publication describing the protocol used is listed.
- If you are interested in using these protocols in your research please contact us.
- If you are interested in generating a cell type not described here, please contact us to discuss potential approaches.
