HLH Conference

Registration is closed.

Cincinnati Children's will host the eighth annual HLH Conference for physicians and families on Sept. 22-23, 2017.

For Physicians

Join us for an in-depth workshop where you will learn how to diagnose and manage patients with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH). This rare and often fatal disease causes the body’s immune cells to become overactive and attack vital organs and healthy blood cells. Early detection is a challenge, but is crucial to patient survival. Learn too about some of the latest research findings and treatments, and what is on the horizon for HLH. Download physician flyer.

For Families

A conference for patients and families will run parallel to the annual HLH Conference. The morning scientific sessions will be appropriate for a joint audience (physicians and families), while the afternoon will feature breakout sessions specifically designed for families. The family conference is free for families to attend. Download family flyer.
