What to Pack for International Travel

Our Traveler's Health Kit is a list of items that you may want to bring with you when you travel. Although this is not a comprehensive list, it will get you started with the basics.


Medications

All prescriptions and medications that you take on a regular basis Anti-malarial medications - dependent on region
Pain or fever relievers; Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, aspirin Medications for allergic reactions: antihistamines, Epi-pen
Anti-motion sickness medication Anti-fungal topical ointment

Basic First Aid Items
