Comprehensive Diagnosis and Treatment
There is currently no cure for neurofibromatosis (NF) or schwannomatosis. However, our NF program offers comprehensive therapies to help control manifestations of these disorders. These therapies include:
- Surgery to remove tumors
- Novel chemotherapy and radiation therapy
- Sophisticated laboratory and radiology services that help diagnose and treat tumors
- “Small molecule”- based drugs that specifically target tumor cells
- Hearing preservation procedures for NF2
