New Patients
For Referrals
We accept referrals from healthcare providers before patients schedule an appointment. We do not require a referral for all programs and services.
- For inpatient and outpatient referrals, call PIRC at 513-636-4124.
- For Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) referrals, download and complete our Partial Hospitalization Program Referral Form.
- For Neurobehavioral Partial Hospital Program (NB PHP) referrals, download and complete our Neurobehavioral PHP Referral Form.
- For Residential Treatment Program referrals, complete our Residential Referral Form or call 513-636-0820.
For Mental Health Emergencies
If your child has a mental health emergency, follow these steps. If you still need help, go to the next step. If your child’s mental health emergency is life-threatening, get care right away (step 4).
- Call your child's outpatient or community mental health provider.
- Call 988, The National Suicide and Prevention Hotline
- Call PIRC at 513-636-4124. We will let you know what you need to do for your child.
- Take your child directly to an Emergency Department for a mental health evaluation, or call 911.
