About

Biography

I am a nurse practitioner and infectious disease researcher with a primary focus on vaccine research.

I first became interested in research after working with patients challenged with the shigella virus. I found it thought-provoking how vaccines were developed using various vectors and scientific formulations.

In 2022, I became a Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society member. I have been a part of the Vaccine Research Center for over six years, and I began my work at Cincinnati Children’s in 2016 as a contract nurse. I’ve been employed by Cincinnati Children’s since 2019 and recently became an advanced practice nurse certified family nurse practitioner (2022).

MSN, APRN, FNP: Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, IN.
