To view test results, click on My Medical Record and select the Test Results link. On the Test Results page, click anywhere within the row to display the results for that test. If you don’t see your child’s test results:

  • Note that it may take some time for your tests to come back.
  • Click the Show All Test Results checkbox.
  • Some test results will be delayed to give your provider a chance to review them. Pathology results, genetic testing, and indicators of tumor activity will display seven days after completion due to sensitivity. Some radiology results (CTs, MRIs and PET scans), EEGs, EKGs and echocardiograms will display on the morning of the second calendar day after completion, or as soon as your provider reviews them.
  • Test results that are stored in your / your child’s medical record as a PDF cannot be displayed in MyChart. These include hearing tests and sleep studies. Contact a member of your / your child’s healthcare team for those results, or contact the Health Information Management (HIM) Department at 513-636-4217 or 1-800-344-2462 from 8:30 am-5 pm Monday through Friday. 

If you feel your test results should be available but you don’t see them in MyChart, call your clinic to discuss the test results or discuss them with your provider during your next visit.
