Becoming a Patient
The Cincinnati Children’s Cancer Survivorship Center accepts referrals from families and physicians. You or your child can establish care with our program if you meet the following criteria:
• You were diagnosed with pediatric cancer at least five years ago.
• You completed treatment for your pediatric cancer at least two years ago.
You do not need a physician referral to schedule an appointment at the Cancer Survivorship Center. We see many patients who “self-refer.” However, your health insurance plan may have rules about where you can seek care. Click here to learn more about health insurance.
