Cancer Survivorship Resources

Our patient and family resources provide information and support for you and your family throughout your journey with the Cancer Survivorship Program at Cincinnati Children’s.

Survivor Day Picnic at the Zoo

A free annual event that brings childhood cancer survivors and their loved ones together for a day of fun, connection and celebration at the Cincinnati Zoo. The picnic offers a chance to connect with other survivors, enjoy special activities like animal encounters and face painting, and spend time together in a fun, relaxed setting. The event is free to attend and includes zoo admission, complimentary parking, lunch and other activities for the whole family. As part of Cincinnati Children's Cancer Survivorship Center, the picnic, now in its 20th year, celebrates survivorship while helping families stay connected to a supportive community.
