Call to schedule your appointment with the Cardio-Oncology Program.
Physician Referrals
Physician referrals are welcome but not required. Providers can make a referral through Epic, or by calling Physician Priority Link at 513-636-7997 or 1-888-987-7997, or faxing us a referral form—available at the link below.

Second Opinions
A second opinion from one of our nationally renowned specialists can help you make informed, confident decisions about your child’s care. Call 513-517-2234 or contact us online to inquire about an in-person second opinion.
General Information and Questions
We also understand that you may have questions between your child’s appointments. Please call the Cardio-Oncology Nurses Line 513-803-1746 with any questions or concerns. We’ll work to get back to you as quickly as possible during our business hours.
We do ask that you contact the nurses’ line immediately if your child experiences any of the following symptoms:
- Chest pain
- Heart racing
- Dizziness
- Passing out
- Shortness of breath when lying flat
- Shortness of breath with activity
- Swelling
Cardio-Oncology Office Hours
Monday-Thursday: 8 am–4 pm
Friday: 8 am–4 pm
After Hours and Weekend Urgent/Cardiac Symptoms
Call 513-636-4200 and state that your child is a cardiac patient, and you need to speak to the cardiology fellow on call.
