Pediatric Voice Disorders Care and Expertise

Globally Recognized Voice Experts

Our program was founded as one of the first pediatric voice programs in the country. Our surgeons and voice specialists are known for treating complex voice disorders. Families travel nationally and internationally for their expertise.

Innovative Treatments for Difficult Voice Conditions

Our team develops and offers advanced treatments for voice problems that once had few options. These include recurrent laryngeal nerve reinnervation, vocal cord injections and specialized procedures such as endoscopic posterior cricoid reduction.

Our specialists also use advanced diagnostic tools such as laryngeal electromyography (EMG). These tests help identify nerve and muscle problems affecting the voice.

Team Approach to Voice Care

Children with voice disorders often need care from several experts. Our team-based care model brings surgeons, nurses and speech-language pathologists together.

These specialists work closely to evaluate the voice, explain findings and create a unified care plan. This approach helps families receive clear guidance and coordinated treatment.

Personalized Plans That Support the Whole Child

Voice affects how children communicate and how they see themselves. Our team focuses on both medical treatment and the emotional impact of voice problems.

Every child receives a personalized treatment plan based on their condition, voice use and goals. This may include voice therapy, surgery or a combination of treatments.

Our goal is simple: help your child communicate comfortably and confidently again.
