Cincinnati Children's is home to one of the longest-established pediatric and adolescent gynecology programs in the country. Our specialists also train the next generation of pediatric gynecologists through our education and training programs, including our fellowship program and resident rotation.

We care for patients with both routine and highly complex gynecologic conditions. Our team offers treatment for heavy or irregular periods, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts and endometriosis, as well as specialized care for congenital reproductive tract differences.
We are also home to specialized programs for Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome, differences of sex development (DSD) and fertility preservation for children and young adults facing complex medical conditions.
