I am an assistant professor of pediatrics and a member of the Division of Oncology. I received my medical degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University’s College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York. I went on to complete my pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, followed by a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at Cincinnati Children’s.
My clinical interests focus on caring for children and adolescents with a wide range of hematologic malignancies. My research has explored the clonal framework of adult AML and pediatric acute leukemias through single-cell multi-omic profiling, as well as the effects of various mutations on gene expression at the single-cell level.
