As a physical therapy resident, I specialize in orthopaedics and sports rehabilitation. I’ve always been a fan of sports and athletic performance, and I was drawn to my career by the interplay of human biomechanics, anatomy and the principles of tissue healing.
In my practice, I remind myself of all of the different physical therapy treatment approaches and decide which is best for the specific patient. I base my decisions on the patient’s signs, symptoms and personal preferences. I have an open mind and genuine interest in all patient goals, regardless of their sport or recreational activity participation.
I was honored to be a member of the National Student Honor Society in physical therapy.
In my free time, I like to play guitar and watch college football.
