For almost two decades, my research has primarily been focused on defining the molecular basis of uterine growth and differentiation during early pregnancy, with special emphasis on the signaling mechanisms of estrogen and progesterone receptors, growth factors, cell-cycle regulators, and non-genomic estrogenic functions without involving classical estrogen receptors.
