The Cancer & Blood Disease Institute’s Clinical Laboratories provide testing to aid in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of pediatric and adult oncologic, hematologic and immunologic disorders. 

The Cancer & Blood Diseases Institute’s Clinical Laboratories provide the highest quality, comprehensive clinical testing available to aid in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of pediatric and adult oncologic, hematologic and immunologic disorders. We're committed to applying scientific advances to promote efficiency, enhance patient care and improve clinical utility. We offer routine tests and those not commonly available in clinical laboratories, and new tests are always in development.

Enhanced Immunology Exome

Our updated Immunology Exome now includes a total of 394 genes. Our expanded gene list highlights genes associated with immunodeficiencies affecting cellular and humoral immunity, combined immunodeficiencies with associated or syndromic features, predominantly antibody deficiencies, diseases of immune dysregulation, congenital defects of phagocyte number or function, defects in intrinsic and innate immunity, autoinflammatory disorders, complement deficiencies, and phenocopies of inborn errors of immunity.

Our laboratory professionals are highly skilled at high-complexity testing and at handling the unique needs of children, even the youngest patients. Each of our laboratories has a medical director who provides clinical consultation and test interpretation to help healthcare providers deliver the best possible care for their patients.
