When minor injuries and illnesses arise, CincyKids Health Connect offers 24/7 virtual urgent care visits with a pediatric expert—from the convenience of your mobile device or computer. You don’t need an appointment—you don’t even need to leave home. And you’ll get the excellent care you have come to expect from Cincinnati Children’s. Your first stop should always be your child’s pediatrician as your place for regular care, but if they're not available, we’re here for you.

We’re available 24/7 (even holidays); no appointment is needed; and wait times are typically short. If medically appropriate, we can send a prescription to your pharmacy. 

Cost

At $48, our cost is lower than our competitors and often more cost-effective than an urgent care visit when you factor in expenses like lost work time and transportation. And if our provider determines that you need immediate in-person care, you won't be charged for your virtual visit. (Cost may be waived for families on some public health insurance plans like Medicaid.)
