We do not offer COVID-19 tests at Urgent Care. If you are seeking a COVID-19 test because your child is showing symptoms or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive, please contact your child’s pediatrician to discuss next steps.
Our Urgent Care locations are always available for walk-in visits, no appointment needed, for minor injury and illness. Since some situations require emergency care, please review our guide: Urgent Care or Emergency Care? In an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room right away.
Or you could save some time and wait at home, or anywhere else convenient for your family, by using our “Save My Spot” system. Select a time from the available slots, then arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to see one of our providers.
- You can save your spot up to 12 hours in advance.
- If a wait time is shown during open hours but you are unable to save your spot online, we still accept walk-in visits. If a site is shown as closed during normal hours, the urgent care center has reached capacity. We encourage you to look at another location or use CincyKids Health Connect for your care.
- Please see a list of our five urgent care locations below.
For minor illnesses and injuries, you have the option of using CincyKids Health Connect, which allows you to see a pediatric expert 24/7 right from your smart phone or computer. Video visits have a short wait time and cost $49. Video visits are not meant for life-threatening situations.
Urgent Care Age Guide: Urgent Care sees patients until their 21st birthday. CincyKids Health Connect can see patients until their 18th birthday. All children who present to Urgent Care or CIncyKids Health Connect need to have an adult with them.
Use the wait times below to help plan your arrival.
