Inpatient families can use meal cards to order food to their rooms. Each card is $6 and includes an entrée, two sides, a drink, and a dessert, which is chosen from your patient’s menu.
How to Purchase
Cash and credit cards are accepted, and families can purchase meal cards from multiple sources:
- The cafeteria in Location D1 at Burnet Campus sells meal cards at their registers 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The cafeteria at Liberty Campus also sells meal cards.
- Concierge Services sells meal cards in-person at Burnet Campus in the Family Resource Center (Location A1) and the D Welcome Center (Location D1). Meal cards can also be ordered by phone and delivered to your room. Orders through Concierge Services at Liberty Campus are not available at this time.

Ordering a Meal
Once in possession of a meal card, dial the number on the back of the meal card and order from the patient’s menu. Food Services will deliver the order to the patient’s room.
Returning Extra Meal Cards
Refunds must be returned to the original site of purchase. If purchased from the cafeteria, please return with the receipt provided upon sale. If purchased from Concierge Services, no receipt is required. Refunds will only be provided to the original form of payment.
