Postdoctoral fellowship on the development and understanding of nucleic acid nanoparticles for human gene therapy

The candidate must possess a strong background in protein-protein interaction studies and biochemistry as well as good knowledge of molecular biology and gene expression and translation. Knowledge of the cell biology of particle uptake and experience with proteomics and mass spectrometry would enhance the chances of success in prosecuting the project.

Interested candidates should contact Assem G. Ziady, PhD @ assem.ziady@cchmc.org.

Our Current Project

The Ziady lab is examining the safety, efficacy, immunogenicity, and the cellular biology of various formulations of nucleic acid nanoparticles for human gene therapy. The postdoctoral fellow will be very involved in this project. Learn more about our work in this area.
