Cincinnati Moms Expand Camp for Kids with Eosinophilic Disorders
When Melissa Scott learned her son had eosinophilic esophagitis, she had never heard of it. Her son had a complex and challenging condition that made it hard for him to swallow food. And in a society consumed with food, Melissa searched for answers and support. She found it in other moms, like Cathy Reidy, whose son also has the disorder. Together, they formed a support group and a weekend camp just for kids with eosinophilic disorders. This is their story.
