Clinics and Services at the Sleep Center
The clinics and services provided through the Sleep Center at Cincinnati Children’s consist of three main components:
- Behavioral Sleep Medicine Clinic
The clinic focuses on identifying the psychological factors that contribute to the developmental and maintenance of sleep disorders and specializes in developing nonpharmacological and nonsurgical treatments for the broad spectrum of sleep disorders. - Sleep Apnea and Sleep Disorders Clinic
The clinics provide services to children with various sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome and periodic limb movement disorder, narcolepsy, parasomnia, circadian rhythm disorders and respiratory control disorders. - Sleep Laboratory
The lab provides an important diagnostic tool in evaluation and management of children with sleep disorders. - Epilepsy-Sleep Program
This unique multidisciplinary program consists of faculty and staff from the sleep center and the comprehensive epilepsy center. We evaluate and treat children with epilepsy who have sleep problems.
