Our Hemostasis & Thrombosis Laboratory offers a wide array of testing for hematologic and platelet disorders. Our testing menu includes assays for von Willebrand disease, platelet storage pool defect, aspirin and eculizumab therapy monitoring as well as many others.
About the Lab
The Hemostasis & Thrombosis Lab, consisting of the Hemostasis Laboratory and Platelet Function Laboratory, is committed to providing the highest quality, comprehensive clinical testing available to aid in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of hematologic and platelet disorders.
We are committed to applying scientific advances to promote efficiency, enhance patient care and improve clinical utility.
The laboratories are integrated in a comprehensive Hematology Program in the Cancer & Blood Diseases Institute at Cincinnati Children's.
