About
Biography
As a pediatric gastroenterologist in the Aerodigestive and Esophageal Center at Cincinnati Children’s, I practice patient- and family-centered care. The Aerodigestive Center is internationally known for our team approach to caring for children with airway and esophageal disorders.
My desire to improve the quality of life for children set me on my career path of pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition. The digestive system is quite amazing, and taking care of those who have problems with it is fulfilling and rewarding. Children are our future, and every child deserves the best outcome possible.
I include families in the treatment decision-making process and treat patients as if they were members of my own family. Families are the basic units of society, and caring for them brings me immense joy.
In my free time, I enjoy fishing, hiking and camping. I was a competitive swimmer in college and played water polo.
