As a pediatric nurse practitioner, I partner with patients and their families to improve health outcomes and let shared decision-making guide my work. I specialize in pediatric and adolescent gynecology.

I work with patients with special needs and their families to provide menstrual management or suppression. When I care for patients with Rett syndrome, I work as part of a multidisciplinary team of specialists.

I knew early in my life that I wanted to work with children. I've always been impressed with their resiliency. My professional and life experiences drew me to pediatric and adolescent gynecology because it provides opportunities for advocacy, education and a meaningful professional practice.

I was very honored to receive the Carol McKenzie Award for Excellence in Advanced Practice Nursing in 2016.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my two great kids (young adults) and two sweet dogs. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, gardening, hiking, listening to live music and trying out new recipes.
