The program begins with a basketball-specific evaluation and 2D video analysis to closely examine how the athlete moves during play. This helps identify patterns that could lead to injury or affect performance.

- Education on injury prevention and performance-enhancing techniques
- A personalized exercise plan based on proven return-to-sport guidelines

The program is led by pediatric-trained physical therapists with years of experience treating athletes who play basketball. Many have competed at a high level themselves. Our PTs combine expert knowledge of body mechanics with advanced basketball-specific techniques to provide the best possible outcomes for everyone they treat.
