Sprinter's Analysis to Improve Running Mechanics and Performance
What specific services does the sprinter's analysis offer?
The Sprinting Analysis Clinic offers athletes a comprehensive 2D video analysis that will help identify sprint mechanics that may need improvement to help performance on the track and/or the field, including:
- Start (starting block for track and field or 3-point stance for football)
- Speed
- Acceleration
Each participant receives an in-depth sprinting gait analysis, start analysis (track and field and football) and suggestions to help improve technique and performance, including exercises for enhanced performance and injury prevention.
The goals of the sprinter’s analysis are to improve sprinting performance, support current injury management, and decrease the risk of future injury.
Who would benefit from sprinter's analysis?
Sprinting athletes of all ages, including athletes who participate in track and field, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball, field hockey and football who struggle with sprinting due to pain, reduced speed/acceleration or who are seeking to improve their performance.

The Sprinting Analysis Clinic is led by a sports physical therapist with specialized training and a personal background in sprinting. With previous experience in track and field and collegiate soccer, our team is passionate about improving sprinting technique.
